Unlike psychological services, we do not work under the framework of diagnostic labels. We cannot assess or diagnose mental illness. However, many of our clients come to us after having tried many other things, such as medication, talk therapy, supplements etc, yet still feel trapped by the symptoms and lived experience of their psychological or neurodiverse diagnoses. As such, they are left feeling exasperated and defeated.
Our unique trauma-informed techniques utilise a range of processing approaches, including cognitive, somatic, and spiritual, for transformational healing to free people of the shackles of their diagnoses. This can result in increased self-awareness, improved relationships, increased executive function, increased self-esteem and self-worth, improved physical health, reduced stress and anxiousness, and an overall improvement in quality of life.
We recommend that this work be done under the supervision of a primary care physician, such as your GP, especially if you are on medication for the symptoms or diagnoses you are wanting to overcome. We can work WITH your doctor to support you in your mental health goals. To discuss your individual needs and determine whether this approach is a good fit for you, book a free consultation with our team.
Our relationship services are designed to help individuals and couples identify and process past relational traumas or patterns, allowing them to release hurt and pain so they can experience relational safety, connection, and healthy relational patterns of behaviour. Our approach is trauma-informed and connection-based, which means we focus on understanding how past experiences shape current behaviours and emotional responses from a nervous system perspective.
We will work with you and your partner together as a couple, as well as individually, to improve communication, emotional regulation, and intimacy, allowing you to learn to connect in a deep, healthy and safe way. We will equip you both with new skills to navigate challenging situations and build a stronger, more resilient relationship. Whether you are struggling with trust, intimacy, or conflict resolution, our experienced practitioners will work with you to create a tailored treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and goals.
Our aim is to empower you to heal, grow and create a deeper sense of connection and understanding with yourself AND your partner.
We can facilitate conscious coupling, to support you in coming back TOGETHER in romantic relationship, OR conscious uncouplling, which is the process of repairing the relational damage while separating, which is essential for supporting parents through separation who are destined to remain in a co-parenting relationship long-term.
Did you know that behaviour is driven by the state/activation of our nervous system? When a child feels safe, important and connected, their nervous system is more regulated, and their subsequent behaviours are more calm, gentle and kind. BUT - the state of our children's nervous system piggy backs the state of their caregivers.
Our family support programs provide a unique and specialised service applying trauma-informed neurological principles for highly effective behaviour and emotional management focused on the principle of "coregulation". We also work with families to improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, and create a more positive and supportive family dynamic that promotes healthy social, emotional, behavioural and intellectual development.
The goal of these services is to empower parents so they can realise and demonstrate their best version of 'self', so that their children can grow up with a healthy sense of identity, self-esteem, social capacity and self-belief. Our programs are tailored to your family's unique needs, and we work together to set achievable goals for positive changes in the family system.
Schedule a consultation with us to go over your requirements. Even if you don't pursue our specialist services, you will receive a collection of resources that will help you on your journey.
